Enterprise IT teams do important work that rarely leaves a public trail. Network migrations, infrastructure projects, systems administration, cloud deployments and incident response usually stay inside the companies where they happened.
Kryd gives that experience a portable career record.

Your career record stays with you as you move between employers, roles and countries. It does not stop working when you leave a company.
Claims, not just credentials
Experience, skills, certifications and projects are represented as individual claims, each carrying its own verification status, rather than compressed into a job title and a few lines.
Verification with context
Kryd does not treat every verification method as equivalent. A registry lookup and a former manager's word are different kinds of evidence, so the record always shows how a claim was checked, or that it is still self-reported.
Privacy is part of the record
You decide what gets published. Underlying documents are not exposed just because a claim exists, and employers see the outcome of a verification rather than the paperwork behind it.
It's your record, and it's private by default.
A verified claim is only useful if you decide who sees it. Nothing on your record is public until you publish it, and the evidence behind a claim never leaves Kryd.
- It leaves with you: Change employers, change countries, take a year out. The record and everything verified on it stays yours.
- You choose what's visible: Publish a claim, keep it private, or share the whole record with one employer. Each claim is a separate decision.
- Your documents stay behind the claim: Certificates, attestation correspondence and project evidence are used to verify, then never shown to anyone hiring.

It started with engineers trying to prove work that nobody could see.
TorestTech began as a community for enterprise IT people to exchange knowledge, solve problems and help each other grow.
As the community grew, the same problem kept appearing. People had real experience, but much of that experience was difficult to represent outside the company where it happened.
A network engineer could have spent months redesigning an enterprise network. A systems administrator could have managed critical infrastructure for years. A support engineer could have solved thousands of incidents. Yet on a CV, all of that becomes a job title and a few bullet points.
At the same time, employers were trying to identify people with the right technical experience without having much evidence beyond the application itself.
